Session was fine except for the agency and ad for this particular provider over promised and then in the actual session the provider turn down the activity that was advertised and promised by her scheduler. I just don't like that about agencies. They tend to do that in general, not just BH. The scheduler will say whatever it takes to schedule the appointment without clearing activity requests with the provider.
