I know a couple of ASPD members who would like the alternate site. Are we allowed to give them the address for registration.

One of them tried the email to support and said it got bounced for "over quota".

please try not to share this address....
anyone can still send questions or requests to

support@aspd.net

 the "gremlin" in that address remains as you have noted; however, as addressed before in many areas -- the email does indeed come through

I thought it was okay to send a link. I have been giving the link to aspd members I have seen before and I also send a vouch to CK letting him know that they will be registering

You may share the address with folks you know to be established providers or hobbyists already at aspd.

We are accepting applications here for new members; providers will need to be vouched by two established reviewers; hobbyists will need the same in order to be registered here. They won't have bcd, but at this point that's almost a moot matter.

We have more than 2,000 "refugees" here awaiting the end of the black out, as are we all.

Ladies, please note:
--
ck1942 doesn't vouch for hobbyists.
-- "Verified hobbyist" is only a title; he should always be screened/vouched
-- Very aware hobbyists always start a contact process by sending a PM before sending any texts!

Coordinating the vouch through ck1942 is very appropriate and please continue to do so...
