My handle Janas is named after the Roman god Janus. I spell my handle Janas instead of Janus.

The history of Janus follows. Janus is the Roman god of beginnings, transitions, endings and time. He has two faces to simultaneously look to the future and the past. The month January is named after the Roman god Janus. Janus was married to the nymph Camasene. Their son Tiberius died in or by the river Abula which resulted in the Abula River being remaned the Tiber River.
