The best way to make sure that nothing you say "CAN and WILL be used against you in a court of law is to make sure that you say NOTHING.....IOW SHUT THE FUCK UP ! ! ! ! !

I miss ASPD too. I've only been a member for about a year, and I have found that I relied on it more than I thought I would... and I do have to say of all the boards that I look at, nothing even comes close to comparing to ASPD in my opinion..
