Board's been down since before 4 pm.... repairs called in and phone messages left.

Not much more we can do except be patient. At least we still had it up until fter the Austin social.

I have no idea what's going on but from the software gurus I've asked about what this could be the consensus seems to be that in order to rebuild data bases the site has to be paused (shut down) ............ I hope that the case ....... public relations end could have been handled a little better if that's what's going on .......... if it's worse then we have this to learn and become comfortable with .......... I'm not too old to learn new things. Close but not quite

It's gotta rival nicotine withdrawal in a lot of cases. Mods are getting word out to members & providers. I'd be looking for 'em to keep trickling in. A switch on this scale is pretty daunting, folks need their comfort level + the time to get registered & logged in. It'd be an interesting behavioral study in crowd psychology.

A day later...we're know sitting with 406 members and yesterday at this time we had 250 members! I guess with the main site still down for repairs, people are deciding to register and see what up. The mods must be very busy confirming the new members.

Fingers & Toes crossed and wishing the Techs lots luck with their task at hand!

In fact, I like this site better- it seems to be a lot cleaner, crisper and easier to use without all the flashing lights, bells and whistles- just MHO- hope more folks get the secret code!!!
