IMHO, using a toy during a session really has a lot to do with one or both parties outlook on sex itself. If a hobbiest is the self-centered type, he probably won't care to use them, he's just there to get a nut. If he's a sensualist, he's there for the whole tactile experience - sights , sounds , smells. Frankly, I like to think that my partner is getting at least a modicum of the pleasure I'm getting being with her. I always bring a toy to a session as I find it helps pinpoint where my partners favorite erogenous zones are.
