Was this “porn lawyer” representing her?? If so, how did he allow a 2 year old ad in as evidence against her? Let me count the grounds I can object to the admission of such hearsay evidence. Sounds like she needs to find competent representation.

Even if he's not, from my point of view it seems like what DocHoliday is saying is that maybe we arent getting the full picture.

For example, just because I post a bunch of ads pretending to be my neighbor (using their computer if someone trys to poke holes in my fake story), I cant call an anonymous tip and get them arrested two years later.

Not a lawyer, but Im assuming if there was a 2 year old ad used as evidence, it was just used to tie everything up and not what got the person charged in the first place

If industry means acting as a porn actor’s agent in negotiating employment contracts with the adult film industry, the answer is no. If industry means representing people in the adult entertainment industry charged with crimes, the answer is yes, many times. If industry means/also includes non adult industry matters, the answer is again yes. These new laws are not a joke and it seems some just want to blow the off.
