You should be able to get your info from your hard drive... shift into gear try your em / phone acc.

I've found e-mail addresses for several of my lady friends (they are on P411 or have websites) but I haven't kept contact info for my brother dawgs. But I have seen one or two of them are registered here. Hopefully they are better about keeping contact info and will spread the word.
