You should post this in your city. No one really comes to look at Tech Talk.
I would offer you my services, because I have experience with disability and mobility impaired clients, but I am on the 3rd floor and unable to accommodate you. I also can't find any additional information about you on your BIO - "about me page" on your page: age, location, likes - this is all helpful for providers, when they are "looking" at you.
