Use it or lose it?!

I moved away last year and left the hobby too. During my hiatus and living in BFE where I found no one attractive or interesting... I only dated and slept with one guy. An entire year... I was with this one guy and only a few times. I remember when I was in the hobby I was truly horny (not just saying I was for marketing purposes) a lot. I remember being so horny the two weeks before my cycle that I was like damn! I want to get it on again. I hope I get another appointment request. I was fucking insatiable.

Now I don’t really think about that much, to be honest. One of the last times I was in Austin, I had a blast with my regulars. I was horny as ever, but then when my trip was over I didn’t think about it again much.

What gives? I’m starting to think that the element of danger and excitement added to the thrill of sex and pushed me to the point where I need more stimulation and/or better skilled lovers than what the civvie world can offer!

Getting older? Lifestyle complexities creeping in?

There are, imo, several types of

Monica, it’s funny you talk about being like s nun. Lol. Outside of the hobby, I’ve just never been promiscuous. I went on vacation once with my girlfriends and they both went crazy hooking up with random civilians. Not me! They nicknamed me the ***** nun, because my legs wouldn’t open for anyone.

I’ve come to several conclusions. 1. This hobby has spoiled me to the point, I sorta lost my dating social skills with its ease and lack of pretense. 2. I don’t like bad sex! You toss a coin in the civvie world when it comes to sex for the first time. A lot of hobbyists are sex athletes like us, so the chance of bad sex is slim! Throw in the element of surprise if it’s a new client and the bit of danger the hobby lends and boom! It makes for explosive sex! Perfect for the thrill seeker. Some say it’s easier to tell a stranger their secrets than someone close to them. I think sex is like that too for a lot of us. At least for me.

Interesting...the best sex of my life has been in the last several years with providers. I credit it to the lack of inhibitions and "professional" attitudes. I actually fell in love with one lady...rather unadvised, but an experience that will stay with me to the end of my days.

Nikki, I'm totally with you about the excitement and thrill seeking part. Obviously that makes it very hot for both sides and if you are already horny and have good chemistry you can have really great sex. Oh, I also totally agree about the secrets too. It's easy to talk to someone you don't really know b/c you are less worried about what they think.

However, I gotta ask about your first statement regarding sex with clients vs "RL"/civvie's. Do you really mean that? Only reason I ask is b/c over the years and with the people I know I basically hear the contrary. I mean not that all their sex is bad. Nah, not that. But I have heard a good bit especially from those who have done this for a while or been with a good number of men over a length of time that a larger bulk of them are not great.

I guess either way I can't necessarily expect a completely honest "public" answer <hint hint> on that last part...fair enough. :wink:
