Hmmm... My signature line is fine, and I've not spotted or received any other such reports today. I see what you mean. Have experienced a similar issue occasionally when posting, but it corrected when I backtracked or went advanced. May be a glitch. Give it until tomorrow to work out, but alas, methinks you'll likely have to redo your signature line. Sorry, hon. Damn the gremlins!
looks like this board went thru a series of updates. the old posts and mail from 2009 - 2010 hasn't been updated to the current formatting. so that explains why it looks messed up.Quote:

verified hobbyists have way more access and leeway. Things here have changed a bit since 2009.

however, I'm sorta surprised that my re-activated account didn't come already verified.

apparently i didn't do a "welcome" post when I first got on here in 2009. so I guess I'll fix that.
Likely when aspd teetered and then crashed yours was one of many handles archived by the support crew and consequently received an invitation to participate here. (Process which, btw, remains in place here as well as daily site backups.)
Due to ongoing and anticipated future hobbyverse migrations from back in 2010, the rules for ROS access and for verified hobbyist/verified companions also advanced to requiring an initial verified confirmation process which is now a continuing verification process every few months.
oh2 doesn't currently offer much in the way of ROS for hobbyists right now except for companions confirming sessions (whether reviewed or not) from within the past 60 to 90 days or fewer.
But, now working up a process for limited ROS for hobbyists crafting creditable reviews to be in place early in 2019.
