How to get verified?

How do I become a verified hobbyist?
This was the only thread I could find on how to do it. I never receieved intructions yet though.

i am very new to the san antonio area, i just moved to texas altogether as well. if anyone at all can please give me some advice or pointers to getting verified it would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!!!

I'm a new member and be visiting Dallas this week. I'll be reaching out to providers and to hope set something up, verified, etc. Anyone?
