All email accounts have "filters" and all you need to do to activate them is click on the "new filter" button.
I think the best email site for this is gmail, but yahoo, hotmail., etc., all have similar features.
Create a filter which includes the offending word -- longer, penis, cock, stronger, etc., -- usually a separate filter for each. Make the "sender" wide open. You can also mark as "safe" anyone trusted in your address book.
Far as having a full spam box, mine right now has something like 156 in since Oct. 9, and, yes, I periodically scan the spam box to see if anyone (trusted) has landed there, and I double check those to make sure they are legit or not, and if not, I let the sender know his account may have been spoofed or hijcacked.

While it is not directly stated on home2, common board courtesy most everywhere dictates that "very old threads" may be read, but should not be replied too.
That will be reiterated in the FAQ section when it is resuscitated.
Persistent violators of common board customs commonly lose access to those forums.
