Where on Kingsland? Kingsland goes from Barker-Cypress all the way past Katy Mills Mall.

Ribeye, you would do a lot better at getting info if you were Verified. That being said, I don't see LC girls so I don't have any info. However, the area that you described has a slew of new apartments. It does not seem like the arera that a LC girl would set up shop. Especially one that does not feel comfortable with English.
