Isn't it amazing how many people think quick wipe with dry paper is adequate hygiene? Wash. If you got the same stuff on your hands would just wipe and call it good?

I agree with trekker that dry paper won't do the job.
It is a little surprising that bidets like in southern Europe or bidet toilet seats commonly found in Japan and Korea aren't more popular in the US.

I have an inexpensive bolt on unit that took me 7 minutes (actually timed myself) to install and both I and my septic tank are very happy with it.
