Ability to Reply to Reviews only if verified?

I notice I do not have a reply button for reviews. I'm not verified, although I have had 4 recent vouched and have PMd the appropriate admin several times. Is this standard? No reply if not verified?

BTW, why is it so difficult to get verified if you have met the requirements?

I have been around for decades, way back to ASPD times, written tons of reviews there and several here more recently also.

Same boat. Just have to wait, what I?ve seen from other posts there is a waiting line. You?re not going to be able to add replies to other reviews until verified, unless it?s your review you posted.
