Solution to Photo Upload Error Message (Unable to View/Copy File)

Hello!

After not being able to upload any new photos for weeks, I finally discovered a workaround!!! This only works for uploading images via URL. For photos I have stored locally, I’m uploading them to ibb.co to generate a URL.

1. In the post editor, once you’ve written and formatted your post, toggle off the WYSIWYG editor (click the A/A button at the top left of the formatting control, above the “Bold” button).
2. Wherever you’d like to place your image, create [IMG][/IMG] tags.
3. Place the URL of your image between the tags. For example: [IMG]www.website.com/photo.jpg[/IMG]
4. Toggle the WYSIWYG editor back on if you want to make other formatting changes.
5. Preview post to verify it worked before submitting.
6. Post your new photos!

Hopefully the actual issue is fixed soon, but for now, this method seems to work!
