Body Sensations Fort Worth??

Recently changed to a position near Downtown and on my way in this morning I saw this place… looked incredibly shady and like someplace where fun takes place. It had a lit open sign, but seemed empty.

Does anyone know what this place is? Reviews online are all over the place from a spa to massage to permanently closed.

Appreciate any intel.

The place has been in business for at least 30 years. Most of that time it’s been a “jack shack” (self serve). May have been some reports of L1, but that’s about it. Most opinions are that it isn’t worth the $.
