It matters not what a consumer takes into consideration. No one ever aspires to be a fast food cashier. So, should we the consumers accept rudeness, chaos, independability from fast food places? I get what you are saying but that is no excuse for lack of communication, for disrespectful lying saying "my tire is flat at the time we are to meet." So, wants me to wait another hour and half. I am not used to this treatment as other cities do not do this on a regular basis.
