Hanging out with a girl friend and her husband one night, she's prego and he mentioned that he wanted to try her milk but was afraid it would taste bad. So, I came up with breast milk ice cream. Is it possible?

I think it would be a healthier ice cream, Let me how it tastes if you try it.
In my teen years,Early 1970s, We had an ice cream maker. You you would put the mix in to the container, Put Ice and rock salt in the bucket turn it on to get ice cream . The problem with Breast milk is getting enough to mix into the recipe.
It would be more like a sorbet. Human milk doesn't have enough fat in it do make a good quality ice cream.
But I will bet it is more than 90 calories a tablespoon...
