Corpus Christi seems to be a wasteland! Almost all the providers I've contacted want a deposit. YMMV, but I've not encountered anywhere else in the hobby. Proceed with caution, and good luck.

I think Bailey Rhea would be your best bet. I have never had the opportunity, but hear she is awesome. She posts in the Daily Ads fairly regularly.
