Serious Question Make up or No Makeup.

No makeup for me but now I know a lot of providers like it but if she's pretty she doesn't need it. Plus yeah, it doesn't get all over the clothes.

Makeup getting on the clothes is not the issue here, as clients can tell you that have seen me first thing they do, is take off their clothes and I have a towel that they sit on, then that same towel is taken to bedroom.. When they head out I never get too close to them when I give them a peck good by , and I tell them I don't want to get makeup on them, and they understand.. I just needed to ask this question.

Make up does not equal professionalism. LOL
I just have to point THAT out.

The biggest thing for me is excessive cologne and perfume. No perfume, no burning scented candles, no body spray. And no make-up for me. I am beautiful without it, like everyone else, just like God made us.

If the guy is married or has an S.O., then no perfume, and no makeup.

But personally I prefer perfume, and make up, especially perfume.

But it really does not matter that much.
None is fine if all else is good.

If it's a new client then I for sure wear makeup. If he's a repeat client wanting an appointment soon, then I will tell him I need to shower, do my hair, and makeup, and typically they will say they don't mind if no makeup. The biggest thing I do is to wear a nude lipstick most of the time so it doesn't stain their faces or other body parts. When I did nuru, I wouldn't wear makeup because it would literally melt off with all the sliding and nuru gel. Anyway, I feel prettier if I have my eyes done up and lips kissable. :) Great topic, CB!

I feel you, meeting a new client for the first time you want to put your best foot forward, totally agree. My lipstick is nude as well.
