I'm not typical. So here goes:
1. Intelligence. Nothing kills a session for me faster than someone who sucks the oxygen out of the room when they speak. (Yeah, I know, you smart asses out there, but plugging that vacuum if they don't know how to use it to pleasure their client is a waste of time and effort.)
2. Honesty. I've been around long enough to know what to ask and what not to ask, but when I ask during a session and at the end of a session, "Are you enjoying this?" an honest reply rather than a fake one will increase the chances of me wanting to schedule another session.
3. Integrity. (Includes TCB Skillz.) It's OK to be 5 - 15 minutes late. No-shows or responding to texts 90 minutes to 2 + hours after the appointment time is just plain disrespectful.
4. Communication and language. Providers complain all the time about the "Wassup?" and "RU available?" texts, but when a vetted client contacts you with a polite and well thought out appointment inquiry and you reply three - five days later with, "So when do U wanna meet up?" you just self-selected yourself off of my need to see list.
5. Hygiene and personal habits. You can't be too clean, in all aspects of the word clean. This is your business. Would you operate a tractor trailer, a fork lift, a bulldozer while.... well, you get the drift (I hope).
AND LAST:
6. Attitude. I have been with some very average looking providers that you would not give a second glance at the mall or HEB that had to literally help me find my car in the parking lot (it was a very big lot) after the session. They rocked my world! And I have been with some professional porn stars that had perfect everything except a positive attitude about what they were doing that wasted what could have been a down payment on a very nice new lease car.
Notice where I ranked appearance? I told you I'm atypical....

Good IOP! Not over the top just right.
Little extra touches. Like a good LFK before leaving, help getting dressed, shower together, or stay naked until he walks out the door!
Good Hygiene is a must.
Not watching the clock obviously. A few minutes over should be ok and expected. (5-10 minutes)
Just my opinion...
Maybe some ladies will add to this from their perspective, or maybe it needs it's own thread. For example, I'll generally kill 5-10 minutes of apt time (generally book 1hr) talking about anything and everything. Maybe they just wanna get it the hell over with. I dont know. Interesting thread.
+1... as for clock watching, I respect the ladies time. If you're having a friendly conversation for a couple minutes after, I consider it like customer service. I read the room. If they're ready to go, so am I. I've had providers who keep talking and showing me things after I'm standing by the door with my shoes on. Depends on the provider... you have to be able to read people, unfortunately many of us may not be able to as well as we think.
I have had many enlightening conversations with very experienced providers about their approach to a session. The one I admired the most was the lady who worked the math: if it’s a first-time meeting for one hour, she will spend the first 20 minutes in convo, followed by 20 minutes of boom-boom (if it even goes 20 minutes, since most guys on a first meeting will lose it quickly), followed by 10 minutes of clean-up and out the door. So she gets paid her full one hour fee and actually only has to put in 20 minutes of “work.” She was very wise. Fortunately for me she also always wanted more than 20 minutes of “work” from me.

F117, I completely agree as well. My best sessions have been where we both are comfortable with what the other wants and is (or is not) willing to do. I enjoy sessions where it feels like we connect for a short period of time and are respectful of each other.
What F117 wisely said and not being a clock watcher or alarm setter. Alarm setters NEVER see me again! One and done! Ijs...
The hobbyists who bitch about clock-watchers and also always expect providers to be 100% on time for the start of an appointment really crack me up.
