Alerts were originally intended to be for more definitive circumstances/observations affecting a wider segment of the Hobby population, like LE stings/busts/location dangers/etc. Disputes between individual members where services were not rendered for payment are normally moved to Coed, at least until I am informed of a change in policy, lad.
Both sides of the coin may comment, and members will draw their own conclusions based on respective statements.
