Goals for 2019 (each month)



Do something new each month

Talk to new people, and possibly make new friends

Exercise

Stop drinking soda(streak started on Nov. 5th) Try to break previous streak if broken. Make it a game!

Limit your dairy intake. It'll be hard since you like cheese, but you can do it!

Definitely start eating more greens. Whether it be in smoothies, or greens powder. Powders can include beets powders.


I need to add ambeeaustin and nikkifame(sp) to 2019 as well. I even bought a calendar to keep track for the year on my goals.
