Squirting is fun but just real hard to achieve. I don't even think it's very feasible in the "hobby" when you are paying someone for sex. Maybe with great chemistry and if you already know each other. Yea. But first time? That's like asking to win the lottery.
Squirting is hard to achieve even in private life. It's so personal and vulnerable. The woman needs to be so relaxed and trusting with you and obviously very horny and you need to be skilled at it.
Some girls can't have g-spot orgasms. It's virtually anatomically impossible for some. A "squirt" orgasm is really just a really hard internal anterior vaginal wall orgasm. And there is not "g-spot". Not conclusively. There does appear to be a Skene's gland which is similar to a mans prostate, however, they can't find it in all women (doesn't exist - that's why that woman can't do it no matter what). The Skene's produces a type of PSA which is what male semen is made of (prostate specific antigen).
FYI semen and sperm not equal. You can have 5.5ml's of semen (that's a large load btw) b/c he produces tons of PSA but have 50million dead or low motility sperm (i.e. not good swimmers). Another man can produce less PSA more around the avg of about 1.5-3ml's but have 200million highly viable sperm. So just an FYI. Semen and sperm are 2 separate concepts with zero correlation. Actually data suggests that men with hyperspermia (beyond 5.5 milliliters - look it up) are much less likely to have viable sperm. I only mention b/c there is such ridiculous nonsense about how a huge "load" could impregnate so many women, etc... Nope. A guy can dribble out 1.5milli's but have 300million very active "swimming" sperm.
The female Skene's is thought to produce a similar protein mixture. This is only partly due to what "squirts" out. That's a really bad term too. It should just be called a "g-spot orgasm". Most real ones don't really "shoot" and "squirt". They can a little. But the stuff in porn is just way way over the top. A woman would need to force that through her urethra. And that's not why a woman appears to "pee" when she g-spot orgasms. It's b/c of the Skene's gland along with some loss of control in the bladder. So there is a mixture of a protein from the skene's which is roughly homologous to the prostate in men along with urine from the bladder. This is also not surprisingly why many women find it easy to have a great orgasm when they need to pee. Not badly. You don't want that usually. But if they are feeling the sensation then they may start to get horny or want to fuck. These are usually girls who know that it's happened before and the thought of it is making them horny, they know its easy to feel good when that happens. My hypothesis is that that part is psychosomatic though. It's really just the arousal from remember how good past orgasms were and they know it can happen so their body begins to rev up. That's my theory on that. But anyway.
The other thing is that there is no such thing as a "g-spot" as in an organ. Even if you consider the Skene's gland. The g-spot is really just part of the entire clitoral nerve network that runs along the anterior wall of the inside of the vagina (up against the inside of tummy/lower tummy and behind the clit). If you don't believe me just read some online. I know from reading a lot but also from personal experience with 2 different girls in my life. Look it up though. This is why some girls can't do it. Not only do they not have a Skene's gland, or it can't be found (it's very small - doctors still can't agree on all the various aspects of it conclusively). The other thing is if they are not very receptive with the nerve endings throughout their clitoral network then it will be very difficult too.
It's all about genetics and where the nerve endings are, if they have a Skene's gland or not, how responsive it is, how responsive their internal clitoral network is, and of course you have to relaxed enough, horny enough, and the partner has to be experience enough to find it and massage it in the correct way.
But, again, g-spot is not an organ or even a real "spot". It's different for each woman. It's just a patch of nerves that are part of the clitoral network. Part of it will be really sensitive. If you hit that and can massage it correctly with her aroused enough, trusting enough with you to "let go", etc... then it can happen. But some girls just won't have that sensitivity or that gland won't be large enough or the internal clitoral network won't be sensitive enough and so on. A real true g-spot orgrasm (which, again, is really just an internal, anterior vaginal wall, clitoral network orgasm) will cause a woman to lose control of the bladder and she will appear to pee some (and indeed some will be urine and some will be mixed with vaginal acids and proteins along prostate like antigen proteins). Usually it will not "squirt" and "spray" all over the place.
If you want that.... I can make that easy for you. Tell the girl you like huge squirting like in porn. Tell her to drink a gallon of water 1-2hrs before your meeting. Then she can just force her pee out at the right time, acting like she is having a mind blowing orgasm, and "shoot" massive loads of piss all over you. Simple. Job done. You're a stud. Job well done. Go take a shower b/c you stink.
But I guarantee that is not a real g-spot orgasm. Uh uh.
An actual real g-spot orgasm with a woman is a really magical thing. It is. It takes trust, being really into each other, expertise, and she has to completely let go (and she's gotta have the right genetics - really some women simply can't b/c the clitoral nerve network is not deep enough or sensitive enough etc). A real one, an actual real g-spot orgasm with a partner, is truly something to behold. Every man should get to experience that once in his life
If he can. But they are not the end all be all to female orgasms. Other women who can't have them will know of no other orgasm and it will still be great! They have never had anything different so you/they are not "missing out" on anything (in that case).
