Alas, this is proving to be a pesky and persistent problem with some members' devices/browsers/ISPs (insert applicable tech term) and compatibility with the function of posting reviews here, evidently. Tech is still trying to resolve such complications, but is having trouble duplicating them enough under controlled conditions to tell what the issues are. Too many variables!
This is our chief admin ck1942's current suggestion for stubborn review resistance:
Due to the intermittent review template gremlin, always best to compose off line before opening the template. When using the template, compose the upper portion, hit post and if that embeds, then edit in the remainder hidden portion (after you compose that in your PM and mail it to yourself).
Otherwise, you may use this template, and post it in the coed forum (remember to use the HIDE tags) and staff will relocated to the review forums.
We continue to work the template issue, and the workaround is just that, a workaround.
