HI I am Alisa from europe had nice intelegent client visited me in houston he told that i have to go to Galveston now I am thinking to do so but need hotel recomendation and both providers and hobbyist suggestions how galveston is for a hobby, I have no car have to use an Uber so trying to make smart desicion
What price range are you looking for? I've stayed at the Grand Galvez in the past, and it's very nice, but the price strongly reflects that. As for getting there and back, there's a bus that goes between airports and the cruise terminal that might be a bit easier on your finances (if that's what you're looking for). Enjoy your time there :-)

Honestly, I think your options for hobbying would be limited in Galveston. Add to that you have no means of transportation, and hotels can be expensive down there depending on location, I think you’d be better off in the Houston area.
