issues with Admin

Not sure whats the deal with the Admin, I have a friend who I referred to signup and after sign up he is waiting for almost 2 weeks now and couldnt log in. I have emailed support@ourhome2.net twice and no response.
I personally had issues with getting verified even after provided messaged him with required information and I have given up on that. Its eventually loss for the community if folks like us dont feel like contributing any more.
SOMETHING seriously needs to be done about it!!!

making sure you know the admins are volunteers, doing all this for free and have real jobs. they do their best. the not logging in issue is fleeting in most instances due to DDoS attacks. As far as I know there are only 2 male mods handling all the issues on this large and busy website. I think they do their best but the work load here is probably quite a lot for just 2 unpaid fellas to keep up with. My best advice is be patient and don't poke the mods much. they are good guys with a tough and thankless job. I hope you guys get this straightened out soon. but meanwhile thanks Mods for all you do to keep this going.

I made verification attempts about 2 yrs ago and I had multiple attempts. Do you think it's reasonable? Yes they are volunteering and if they are unable to take the work load then they need to bring it up or just remove the verification process itself. When someone writes a review then that person is spending their valued time as well. We all want to contribute to this community but this frustrations are certainly not helping.

I don’t think logging in has anything to do with Admins.

Anyone can create an account and login right then.

His issues have to do with something else. Just have him create another account with another user name and password and he’ll probably be right in. Or it has something to do with something on his side. Like the browser he’s using, etc. Could even be his antivirus software. Sometimes the Wi-Fi won’t allow it. For example, I can’t log into OH two at the gym on their Wi-Fi.

BTW - OH2 is a public site. You can see everything on the site, except for the “hidden“ parts without logging in.

Thanks A'man but I dont think it's a login issue. When you register for an username it goes through approval mostly.
But its ok...may be he needs to wait few more months to login or jus forget about it...lol
