Speaking only for myself, I am comfortable with the idea that people have been having natural sex for thousands of years, and somehow or another, as a species we have managed not to kill ourselves by getting a piece of ass every now and again. I would encourage everybody to take care if themselves as they see fit. For me, getting nuts deep occasionally is more important for my mental health than it is a risk to my physical health. I will make no apologies for that when most VDs that you can get can be handled with a simple antibiotic anyway.
I have talked with enough hobby ladies that play raw at this point about whatever cooties they may have had to deal with their careers. Those few that have caught this or that were easily cured. As for me, my tests have always come back clean regardless of how many ladies I see and how many partners they have had. Fret about the risks if it makes you feel better. I will give you one guess what makes me feel better.
