I'm still on the hunt for good spots on the NW side, around the Balcones Heights area, but it seems like all the good spots are on the NE side. I've heard good things about All About The Foot (I think their star girl is Molly?) but somewhere closer would be optimal!
There are a few over on the NW side but I never saw any reviews for them and never visited an unknown one myself. Though my holy grail would be a nearby spot that does L3 and table shower
There are several L1 spas on Fred road inside the loop. I?ve not found anything special that makes me want to go back. There are several in medical center all the way up to L3. Viva and Healthway II at Wurzbach and Fred Road are both full service. Go a little further west and OMassage on Grissom is also L3 and my personal favorite when in the mood for everything. Easiest to just Google maps search for Asian Spa near me, move the map around, they?re spread out, but they are there.
