Communication with the booker wasn't very easy, as I suspect there's either multiple people responding to texts or the booker was juggling multiple simultaneous conversations. The confusion caused me to miss my first appointment time, but they made it up to me by allowing an evening visit. So, overall I'm happy.
As for Laura, she was a very nice surprise and I highly recommend her services. More in ROS.
