I keep alcohol wipes with me but being diabetic I use them to wipe my finger that I am about to poke for a sample and then afterwards. Alcohol removes oil/grease so I also use for wiping down my firearms. and if needed used as a fire starter. (Doritos chips work as do cotton balls slathered in petroleum jelly)
