Tried to set something up with her a week ago, but things didn't work out. Was able to get in with her this week though. Was not a long wait after arriving. She had to put her dog up before I got in (so beware of that if that isn't for you) but besides the whiff last week, she didn't keep me waiting long and when inside, got the run down of some ground rules and to business. If you like the pics and the price point is right, I don't think you can go wrong with her.
