Clean, clean, and clean X 10. Uncluttered. Easy to find location and available, safe parking. Hangers for our coats, shirts, and trousers. Uber clean bathroom w/o a bunch of "girlie" stuff - lots of clean towels, unscented soap (Dr. Bronner's is always a fav, and is liquid), disinfectant mouthwash with disposable cups.

The bedroom - firm mattress! Too much sensation / fun is lost if the pushin' is lost in the cushion! Right bed height - what is right? Imagine yourself in doggie position at the edge of the bed with the man of your moist dreams (me, of course) behind you in standing doggie position holding your hips. Most hotels today have the beds on a pedestal thingie that makes getting in and out of them like trying to get in and out of a jacked up pickup truck!

Bottled water nearby. Kleenex nearby. Unscented body wipes nearby. I like bright, natural sunlight - like a mid summer day with sheer curtains for privacy. Men are (almost) 100% visual, and i know, ladies tend to obsess about the part of their bodies that they don't like, but I have only been with two ladies that I considered to have perfect bodies, and one had a dark incall that reeked of pot smoke and an over full, ignored cat box. The other has a clean, sparsely decorated one bedroom on the upper floor with hardwood floors and lots of light, which she uses to wonderful effect. (We spend a lot of time social dancing to music from the 30's 40's and early 50's - it's very sensual and seductive.)

Your attitude - if you greet us like a long lost lover returning after too long an absence, that's good. My ATF always greets me with a tight hug and a warm kiss which she holds until she feels me sigh and my shoulders drop. She has soft dancing music on. 50% of the time I slip off my shoes and we start dancing, 50% of the time she starts undressing me just inside the door and if I see yoga mats covered in towels on the hardwood floor I know what kind of mood she's in. ;-)

When I leave, she's always naked and comfortable with it and never stops kissing me and holding me and saying that she doesn't want me to leave, even after putting up with me for 3 - 4 hours. I purposely don't wash my face after our rende-vous - I want the scent of her to linger with me on the long drive back. After seeing her, I'm in my "happy place" for a week, sometimes longer.

Is there any question why she's my ATF?

Plus +1 on posts above about heavy perfume, unless you are positive a client desires it. Most have SOs at home with super sensitive noses. Go Figure, remember 84.23% of local hobbyists are married or have SO.

Same goes for pets, make sure they are well under control in pet carrier or extremely well behaved. It's hard to explain the shock one receives when providing DATY to your favorite lady and feel a wet tongue licking the bottoms of your feet.

If the TV is on, it should be some hot porn--girl on girl is my favorite.

For the record, the music should be 80s/90s soft rock (Saline Dion or Cheryl Crow for example) or country classic (Shania Twain or Carrie Underwood), and keep the volume low.

For a change of pace on the music, try some of those soft relaxation recordings designed to mellow out highly charged people, or better yet, Revel's "Bolero" which never goes out of style for those who grew up with Bo Derek and "Perfect 10."

Hahaha imagine my surprise at an outcall I went to where the dudes 2 big ass dogs quite literally sat and watched from the foot of the bed and it was awkward as fuck.

I do have a maltese/poodle mix who is like any typical small dog and will yap when folks arrive (he is hypoallergenic and doesnt shed which is huge plus) but luckily he is the best little boy and chills on the couch or in the other room the entire time. The only time the micro-manager comes to check on things is when he hears me get spanked lol (he runs in to check from door then leaves) but he's a little protective and doesn't like me being hit, even in a playful manner. He used to snarl at my Mom when she would "play" hit me, he doesn't play that shit lol there's only been one client that he just didNOT like the look of for some reason but he inevitably still shut up and stayed in his room haha

Funny thing, I actually use air freshener instead of perfume for appointments!

Be prepared for the smell of a lovely roast in the crockpot today too!
