How Important Are Upscale Incalls?

Parking spot. Some of the ladies has there own parking spot for her incall. But if is necessary to park in the visitors parking area, please let us know. Nothing worst to have your car tow at an apartment complex

One of my Heights locations is obviously not a gated community.
But it's always clean, shower available, parking is a private driveway with 8ft discreet Entrances/Exits.

Just don't go jogging at night but that's any area in Houston or Heights these days.

With that being said
I've only had one guy make a statement and question the area, not my actual private Incall.

He also was pretending we've never met and screened all over again etc.for this second meeting.
I kept telling him we've already met.

When in fact we had met about 6 months prior.
At the SAME place lol

Me: "If you would like to continue pretending we've never met that's considered Role Play / Fetish in my book so Donations will differ, I accept Cash App to continue"

He all of the sudden recalled our epic previous meeting.

Your location checks most of the boxes for me:

• Easy to find
• Easy to park
• Discreet private entrance away from inquiring minds
• Clear table/counterspace near entrance to place keys, phones, glasses, and donation...things I don't want in my pocket during relaxation time
• Clean place to place garments w/o picking up pet hair, glitter, etc.
• Ample toiletries for pre/post-cleanup
• Plenty of space for comfortable conversation
• Plenty of space for meshing

Having said that, there is a lady I see from time to time who hosts in an upscale hotel and it is well-furnished, high-end furniture/bedding, great views and so that takes it up another level. Not necessary for me, but the opposite end of the spectrum from a PI does have advantages...

My incalls just a regular apt in a safe spot but it’s no high rise, but I do keep it very pretty inside candles lit room clean with clean sheets and pillow case, I’m a bit OCD so yeah it don’t have to be a 9 or 10 spot IMO

It doesn’t need to be upscale but has to be clean and safe. Messy or smoky rooms, shady neighborhoods, and high traffic locations where you can easily notice people going in and out of the room would prevent me from going. Paid parking is also a huge turn off as it forces me to use a credit card when I prefer not to leave a trace.

So, I'm curious. Does the upscale factor of an Incall matter when you see a lady? Like for instance, you're going to meet this sexy lady and you arrive at the address. It's safe but not the best looking Incall. Would that factor in the decision to see her again? Thanks in advance for your valuable feedback!

Gotcha! Agreed! It can be a spectacular incall but if the service and attitude isn't there then it just makes for a bad experience.
