So I had the same problem for a while. But then Doc gave me some advice. I emailed: support@ourhome2.net. With some screen shots of vouches and a few days later I got verified. I would suggest this. I did text Starr this info as well. But she may have missed that text as she has been very busy. But this applies to anyone trying to get verified here.
