It helps but I don't think it's that cut and dry. I've read stories of cases where the cops actually had sex with the escort and then stated it was necessary for the case. It depends on the state though, I don't know if that's the case here in Texas. I could be wrong also but it seems like male cops posing as John's are the ones who go to extreme lengths. Ive never heard of any cases where a female undercover cop posing as an escort actually had sex or exposed herself during a sting operation.

Cops are crooked, corrupt, power hungry, and have "the power of the badge!", nevertheless we do need "law and order!

True, a felony is nothing to be coy with. There have been several stings since the law has changed. I would do like I would
1. get a regular you can trust
2. or find a discreet sugarbaby that is off the boards
and just stop hobbying until the law changes

The law will never change. Once these type of laws are on the books they are impossible to get off. No politician is going to risk being branded as a legalize it politician in Texas. At best a reform minded DA will just make prosecution a low priority.

Yup they never rescind laws only make more. Rescinding laws would make less people breaking laws, that's something we can't have.

Its like when you get arrested. LE will pile up a few charges to make sure that one sticks, they will not just say "oh! my mistake, nevermind".
