    Quick question about spousal support

    Howdy, wondering if anyone knows if in Texas when your ex spouse has rented her house and moved in with her SO for several months , does that constitute grounds for a reduction or dismissal of spousal support?

    Look at the specific language for your spousal maintenance in your order - most include a termination on cohabitation. But likely yes regardless, make sure that you document very well how they are living together. Not to mention the statutes on spousal maintenance have been tweaked a little bit in the past two legislative sessions.
