Sent PM with screening info and followed up with a text. At first had a slow response, which is just how it is sometimes. Arranged a date/time, easy. Had some delays, but all understandable and we were able to work out a new time, also by now we are texting back and forth with quick responses and clear communication. I appreciate a provider that texts like a normal person, and not so short and “business” like, or worse, responds every other 6hrs.
