do you think they should move ACL out to COTA? I do. they have grown too big and it has become too much to host it at zilker. I think they need to move it out there next year. what do you think about ACL moving out to cota? if not COTA maybe the place where they do the rodeo on the east side where they used to do the ROT rally, the travis county expo center, is it big enough? just out of zilker is all I care about.

Im with you Sexy Sammy. Born and raised here, I use to ride my bike down for the July 4th concert and fireworks back in the day. These crowds are crazy. I don't think they need to move it though. Even though it is crowded there is at least more options to get people out of there. COTA has one two-way road getting you in and out or you are going to be shuttled from some parking lot somewhere else in town. Zilker has been home for this event for years and it should just stay there.... Just my 2 cents.
Don't they hold COTA concerts at just that amphitheater? Don't think a multi-stage festival could be done that way without trampling all over the world-class racing tracks.

They've done other large shows out there but with the track layout it would be hard to do more as many stages as they do in Zilker though they would have space in all the parking to make it a camping festival. Also with F1 being the week after there is not enough time to flip the venue between them currently being so close.
