That people would find balcony sex to be an exciting thing to do is very understandable! It's not something I've ever done, but sounds like a great thing to try someday. Seems like doing it during a fireworks show would be safer than usual, since most people's attention would be on the pyrotechnics rather than scanning balconies in the hopes of catching a free sex show.
As far as voyeur/exhibitionism goes, the former is fun for a couple of minutes, but then I'd wanna join in. My interest in the latter is waning as I age.
