Don't put the donation on the table.

Keep it in your shoe or pocket already
counted out and ready for the level of
service you want.

Also bring your own condom.
You don't want to be denied a service
because you didnt have protection.

When I first started AMPing I laid the
donation on the table and the spa pulled
the old switcheroo on me.

The girl was new and wasn't down for L3
service. She went and told the mamasan
