Was finally able to make contact with her, after 2 days of trying to get her and set up an appointment. for 10pm, reached out at 930 to confirm and was told she was running late as usual and was still out of the area, despite a reply from me requesting an approx time of arrival and if we needed to reschedule, she ignored my messages until finally she replied to my message to cancel at 1:15am, that she just got back but no apologies were given.
