I finally got to meet Tiffany after an unfortunate first missed encounter due to her accidentally leaving her phone at a restaurant. She did apologize and said my next travel trip costs would be on her, which she honored.
She is nice enough and did pretty ok with TCB. I think she'd provide an enjoyable experience for many.
