Not FDA approved. Other than appearing to be exceptionally awkward to apply/remove there is no way junior is using a non-FDA approved product!

Ummm....since there is a "hole" in the cap that is to be aligned with the "hole" in the penis.....I'm confused on what this is supposed to be protecting anyone from?
