Other than my original statement, please take any opinion of mine out of the situation as I am purely and truly interested on input from everyone else as yesterday was the first day I actually posted in this part of the forum. I'm curious to know about in call locations Sophie. In my dreams there is a studio apartment owned by a hobbyist who is retired that takes cash, doesn't care about credit, an S60 questions about foot traffic oh, well still having a privatized location that is both located in the north south east and west lolol. Let's not forget 6 Acres of free covered parking, and fully stocked at all times with toiletries snacks and entertainment.

What does everyone else do? I don't actually know a single other provider. Not by choice, but because I simply and actually in real life a very shy person and don't reach out too many people even civilian to make friends. How do others stay safe? Do you get grief depending on the level of quality? Do you gain or lose clients depending on where your location is and what kind?

I'm finding that if I can't exist everywhere and every kind of situation at every time I'm struggling more and more to be able to organize myself. It's almost as if my in call would have to be my house! LOL

Lastly, do you travel far away from your house for your incall? Sometimes I'm afraid that if I'm too close so home it's not safe. Others, I'm afraid if I'm too far the commute isn't worth it because I'm so exhausted I just want to be home as soon as possible.

I don't think there are any right or wrong answers here, as I feel everyone is entitled to do business their own way oh, the same way a McDonald's can have a dollar burger that is delicious at the same time when 1/5th sells a delicious steak. I'm going to eat that dollar burger all day long when I'm hungry and it's convenient oh, because it tastes just as good as that steak depending on my mood. LOL, the analogy I think is similar.

So guys, ladies? What's ideal? What's regular? What's weird? What's difficult? And what's easy?

I've always just kind of done things the way that I do them, and I'm curious to know what types a ways people do things. You can't grow and make change unless you start to learn somewhere...

Gents, it's just a provider that you really want to see? Does it matter?

The only thing that really matters to me is safety and cleanliness. If I get the feeling I'm gonna be jumped heading into your incall, that's a dealbreaker. If the room doesn't look like it gets cleaned, I assume the same about the provider's body.

I like to feel relaxed walking into a location, so if I have trouble locating it or finding parking, that hampers the experience a bit.

Safety, cleanliness, and accessability. I can want to meet you in the worst way, but if your incall is too hard to get to, park, etc. The stars will have to align.

To be fair...your incall area is great...just need to get schedules to mesh...

As a family woman and loving my home to be private I pay for a inn all the time. I rarely get rejected for it. When I do, my life continues. I'm safe and after years of knowing my incall the client is safe. And maybe because I have that "mom" look, people trust me.

I would have anxiety bouncing around to different parts of the city or different locations. Something about being familiar to me feels more comfortable even if it isn't the Hyatt.

I only know this, in years, never an issue. Nobody knocks on my door yelling "housekeeping", nobody says anything about my traffic.

It's simply my office equipped with toiletries, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic), porn, and I try to be friendly and relaxed as to make my guest feel welcome.

Literally more than half my comfort is knowing that my office is there, in tact and ready day or night. My stuff is safe. Housekeeping comes 1-2x a week in the morning before I arrive. It may not be the best, but I feel like I have it made. People are impressed with the set up when they enter. For me it works, for someone else it may not. It also keeps my overhead low so I can keep my rates good.

I'm a creature if habit and I hate change. Several years ago I was more comfortable trying different places.

Ms Anna, there’s a lot of wisdom in your method. I think many of us can relate to wanting to separate work from home life, this past 18 months have been proof of that. It’s easy to go stir crazy staying inside 4 walls day in day out. If you have the means, keeping them separate helps your sanity and keeps your private life errr private.

If this is beyond reach right now, then being a creature of habit will help keep you sane and take the stress out of keeping an worry about everything. For example, work a scheduled set of hours that best fit your biorhythms, make a checklist for setup and tear down so this becomes rote, have consistent messaging in your ads to reduce the number of idiots you have to deal with. Remember, just making small incremental changes each week or month will soon add up and not overburden you with stress.

I think the pandemic has exasperated hobby life in terms of manners, stress, patience, simple decency. Just look at the ISO section these days, your lucky to see one more than 2 lines.

Me Avery, the way you describe yourself is common in many folks, I confess to being the same way. What I have learned is that I need to work on getting myself out and about, eg running club, bike club, yoga, fitness groups to have some decent personal relationships and company. But there’s also days I’ll happily sit in the yard and read a book and could not care less about anyone or anything (maybe some nice food).

Even in the real world who wants to hang with their coworkers all the time, geez we just end up talking shop the whole damn time.

I feel like this. I'm great at money management. Instead of buying that LV purse because I had a good day, I make my life "doable". My favorite saying is "I want to win, not look like I'm winning". I don't care what people think. How I do it is simple, I keep my home and my work space affordable. I live below my means. And I'm happy. I don't fulfill my unhappy soul with useless materialistic stuff. I'm a very happy person and the way I chose to live, has served me well.

I don't have little kids, but I have family. They all have a key to my house. I don't believe in bringing different and certain unknown energies into my house. I have never had a session on the bed I sleep on every night. And unfortunately it hasn't seen much personal intimacy either hahaha. But I love to know that I can cuddle up to little ones in my family and watch a movie knowing I didn't do work in it.

As far as separating them. That's not the case. My work space of looking at those same walls till 9:30 pm. I get out, everything is closed. It is like a work day. I run out of there like I stole something. I work 6 days a week (about to be 5) so I miss my house seriously. I'm tired, it's late. I believe it may be easier to work from home, it's just me and my spiritual beliefs that your home is sacred and supposed to be your safe place.

And my ads, my website, the information I send I believe 99% of everything is included. I skip the pretty ads with pink and purple and pictures throughout. People love my wealth of information. They love it. So I don't change much. I changed my special rates by $20 beginning of 2020. Believe me I'm still catching shit about that. People don't understand the concept of "regular" and an "acquaintance". Someone who sees you 1x every year or 2. Look at my new ads, screw the grandfather crap all together because I have lost regulars over 20 freaking dollars. It's to much. And that was almost 2 years ago. I don't change anything lol. To much explaining to every single person. To much work really. I stand by k.i.s.s.

And the reason I don't go up on rates is honestly 1 thing, because I seriously have been asked why I haven't, like I'm worth more. This is my answer. "I'm guaranteed to make money when I leave my house. I never leave my comfort of home on a hope or guess".

This is how you learn other people. Most wouldn't know that I'm religious. Half holy, half hood. Actually a country bumpkin. And I'm sure I have been talked about. They said I needed to be harpooned like a whale on the E. All the crap I took and now I guess there is nothing else to say about me because frankly I don't give a damn. I don't do reviews, many are actually fake, and I refuse to have my day ruined. I figure if they need to say something there is ample opportunity in other places. I have so many methods to my madness in order to keep my role in this hobby simple. The more simple, the less stress and the better I treat my clients. Not to mention you as well as me have years in this hobby. Our stripes are earned.
