FYI - I read a review that said theyre very disorganized, constant interruptions, even moving people from room to room in the middle of a visit, all kinds of random bad management. Perhaps as they say "a victim of their own success", they cant handle it.

I've had a girl answer the door during my massage (usually if in the front room), but I've never had to change rooms. Been there dozens of times.

The door answering hasn't happened to me in a long time though.
