what's the deal w/ that profile that it's not visible to OH2 users?
locked, deleted, severely guested, off in a black hole, ?? :^|

My best guess: the account is disabled/guested or the user has become inactive.

Under "Profile Privacy" in settings there's an option to include/exclude certain people within specific profile areas.

or it could also be what Nova said.
