First time at this location, but was close and thought I'd give it a try. Called, set appointment within the hour, arrived a bit early and was shown to room. Undressed and rested on table. Within a few minute of time (according to room clock), Stacy (?) arrived and went right to work on my back. Time was after 5 pm and over the course of my hour, sounded like they were busy. Two or three came and went, and my gal had to leave the room at least once to see visitors. Dry rub lasted longer than thought necessary. Therapeutic technique was only OK and likely no damage. Focus on upper body and almost no legs. This could be because she was tired from a long day.
